As a tutor I use the online white boards available to teach. Some times I use Skype and Paint as a teaching method.
While teaching a group I simply create a meeting room where my students can join me via the invitation sent to them over mail.
I start the session after assessing the needs of my students. Some times it may be single question or an entire topic it depends on what you want to learn.
