About Mark
I am an Associate Professor of English, and I have been giving lessons for 20 years! My students have often said two things about me, 1.) I am very clear and encouraging in my teaching methods. 2.) I make learning fun and interesting. I taught English literature and ESL at the college level for 20 years. My classes were always the most popular.

I have a Master's Degree in English and a Bachelor's Degree in History. My teaching techniques are student-centered. I believe it is very important to make the student feel comfortable in the classroom. That is my highest priority as a teacher. My approach is to tell the student, "Let's learn this together!"
