I offer 100% personalized coaching tailored to each athlete, based on listening, motivation, and individual goals. My approach focuses on building a training plan that fits your lifestyle, helping you balance training with work and personal life. Whether you are preparing for your first race or aiming to improve performance, I support you with structured, realistic, and sustainable training.
I also provide unlimited online coaching for a monthly fee of €95, covering three disciplines: strength training, running (including road and trail running), and cycling. This remote coaching includes individualized training plans, regular adjustments based on your progress, and continuous support to help you stay consistent and reach your goals.
