I’m Yogesh Shrestha, an experienced accounting professional with a passion for helping students succeed. With a background in full-cycle accounting, tax reporting, and financial management, I’ve developed a deep understanding of financial operations. My experience includes working with renowned firms like BDO, where I honed my skills in financial accuracy and compliance.

As a Peer Tutor at Sault College, I helped fellow students improve their academic performance by tailoring learning plans to their unique needs. I believe in creating an encouraging and supportive learning environment, where you can ask questions and build your knowledge with confidence.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on personalized and interactive learning. I begin with diagnostic assessments to identify each student's strengths and areas for improvement, followed by a tailored teaching approach. 1. Review & Assessment (10-15 min): Recap previous lessons and assess understanding.

2. New Concepts (20-30 min): Introduce and explain new material with relatable examples.

3. Practice (20-30 min): Apply concepts through exercises.

4. Clarification & Discussion (10-15 min): Address doubts and reinforce understanding.

5. Wrap-up & Homework (5-10 min): Summarize key points and assign tasks.
