I am a veteran who worked with a degree in Elementary Ed. I also worked with "at risk" students of all ages.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is to 1st get an understanding of the strength and weaknesses of my students. Then I create my lesson based on what the student needs. I utilize what they know to help build their confidence. Teachers are taught a strategy called..I do, we do, you do. This method usually is effective.
