About NASHAYLA
I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I use visuals, step-by-step modeling, and guided practice to ensure students truly understand the “why” behind math—not just memorize steps.
After teaching the concepts, students get the opportunity to engage in intentional practice with the concepts they struggle in. I also offer a structured 4-week Math Boost Program focused on building skills and confidence.

I am a certified elementary educator with over 10 years of experience supporting students in building strong mathematical foundations. I specialize in helping students in grades 1–6 develop confidence and mastery in key math skills such as multiplication, division, fractions, and problem solving.
I understand that many students struggle with math, not because they cannot learn it, but because they have not yet been taught in a way that makes sense to them.
