I am a qualified engineer, which means I have studied advanced mathematics and physics. To be able to achieve that, I have had to train myself to understand basic foundational concepts in math and physics. Due to this, I am able to teach these concepts in a way that is easily 'digestible'.

I have always been intrigued by the practical usefulness of math. I enjoy teaching concepts that explain why we need to learn a particular math fundamental and what the practical application may be. Primary and middle school children are who this method is aimed towards, mainly because all foundational concepts are taught during this period. Beyond this, math becomes advanced and utilizes knowledge of basic concepts learned earlier.
