About Leif
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching high school and college students. I have a strong passion for education and enjoy helping students improve their English skills. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, gaining valuable experience in handling different levels.
One of my proud achievements is helping students become confident speakers and effective communicators. Many of my students have achieved better results in exams and daily communication.
My teaching style focuses on simplicity, clarity, and interaction. I use practical examples and regular practice to make learning effective. I believe every student can learn with the right support, and I am here to guide them.

My ESL teaching methodology emphasises helping students communicate effectively, confidently, and naturally in real-life situations. I use real-life examples and case studies to illustrate how English is used in everyday conversations, work, and study.
Motivation is a core focus, and I create an encouraging environment where students feel confident to express themselves and practise actively. I include problem-solving activities like role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based exercises to enhance thinking skills and fluency.
I teach with integrity, providing honest feedback and structured guidance. I maintain flexibility by adapting lessons to each student’s learning pace, level, and goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills to help students achieve full language proficiency.
