I am a student in Education studying to be an English teacher in schools. I have a cegep/college degree in English literature. I have been tutoring and teaching smaller groups for four years. I can teach English as a Second Language (ESL) and English as a First Language (EFL).

I am a strong believer in the importance of comprehension when teaching and tutoring. Students will always grasp a concept better when it is broken down into its constituent parts. I use a step-by-step method when teaching and tutoring. The more students understand a concept the better they will be at remembering it. I also use multi modality when teaching and tutoring. I adapt my teaching for each of my students.
