About Cassandra
I am an education student. I have been tutoring privately for the past twelve months, but am looking to expand. My lessons vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours. I can assist in reading and writing comprehension, numeracy, behaviour and literacy. I have successfully assisted primary school students in excelling their academics and drastically improved their grades and overall attitude to their education. I make learning fun to keep children engaged and learning as much as possible.

My teaching method always caters to the student I tutor. No two lessons are ever the same, despite the students needs being similar. I believe that to assist a student to the best of my ability, the learning needs to be catered to their learning style and how they find they cope best in the environment. I have found that for junior students, which I work best with, excel when presented with interesting and fun challenges that incorporate patterns and easily memorable solutions.

I do have a cancellation policy, if the tutoring session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, half the hourly rate will not be refunded.
