I am currently a resource specialist teacher at Crenshaw High School and pursuing my master's degree. I feel it is rewarding to help students get an understanding in work that they are struggling with. My favorite subject is math and I enjoy teaching it.

As an educator/tutor I feel my job is to scaffold, chunk and simplify lessons to help the student have a better understanding. I specialize in simplifying mathematical, comprehension, vocabulary and essay writing. I also specialize in working with students who have mild to moderate learning disabilities.
