About Eion

I am an upcoming fourth year economics PhD student at Michigan State. I studied economics at U of M - Flint for my bachelor's degree with a minor in mathematics, where I tutored calculus up through calc 2 and will be instructing economics courses this fall. Additionally, I have instructed intermediate microeconomics for MSU in the past and have been a teaching assistant for the economics department since I joined the program in Fall 2020.

About the lesson

I'm dedicated to ensuring that any student I tutor has the best possible learning experience. In my lessons I will ask questions to understand which areas students are struggling with. I believe finding the root cause of confusion, and working through it with the student to make sure they understand the process fully, is the best way to approach a tutoring lesson.

I went to college with Eion and he was a great teacher. He was very patient and good at explaining the concepts and did a good job of explaining them thoroughly. Would definitely recommend anyone to give him a shot!

Eion is attentive and reliable. As an aspiring professor, he has a passion for teaching and has the experience and skill set to back it up. Eion is excellent when it comes to explaining complex ideas in a more digestible way. His understanding of mathematics and economics goes above and beyond. I have no doubt in his ability to help students achieve their goals.
