I break down math concepts into simple, manageable steps and encourage students to solve problems independently while providing guidance when needed. I typically begin by reviewing previous material, identifying areas of difficulty, and practicing new concepts through examples and exercises. My experience working with children in aftercare has taught me the importance of being supportive and adjusting to different learning styles. I aim to help elementary and middle school students build confidence, strengthen their math skills, and develop a better understanding of the material.
