Currently in 3rd year of engineering school I know how to be dynamic, patient and educator. To make the lesson clear to a child / teenager / student, I re-explain it several times in different ways. Each student is different. I try to know the most adequate practice so that he retains his lessons well, that is to say by making him repeat, reread several times and listen to the lesson. Then I check that he knows how to apply it by asking him questions and giving him exercises.
