About Sophie
I am an Engineer by background, but have always been tutoring students for more than 25 years.
Last year, I have helped students raise their grades on average by a full letter grade in the course being tutored.
Students that I have tutored and coached for SAT math prep all scored on or above 700 in math, the best score being 770!
While my academic experience was largely hard science based I can also work with you an english SAT prep, and also had great results.

Teaching is a passion for me! I always have been teaching !
I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all!
My classes are all tailored to each student's needs and way of learning, which will ultimately insure they will learn and understand what we worked on.
I always empowers my students and encourages them to intereact during our session by asking questions if needed, and as much as needed. There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.
