About Kkanica
Hi! I'm just a regular girl with a 9-5 corporate job who found her calling in Yoga. I found Yoga when I had no one else to pull me out of my misery and since then I've known it is my true calling; it is what my soul desires. The abundance of knowledge that's there in Yoga inspires me, moves me, and gives meaning to my life. It is an experiential science and what I've experienced so far in the practice, is too precious to not spread and share with the world. And for this reason, I stay committed to my mission of spreading Yoga to as many souls as I can.
Professionally, I work as an HR in one of the leading Gaming startup; am a Masters in Psychology and a teacher; and hold dual Yoga certification by Yoga Alliance, USA & YCB AYUSH Ministry, Govt of India.

I believe in learning from my students and so my classes are structured in a manner that provides a platform for cross-learning.
- Sessions are planned to keep in mind the class size and difficulty level of each student
- Usual structure of the class involves: Conditioning, warm-up, asana practice, relaxation, Pranayama, guided meditation
- My ability to focus on each student individually makes the experience more fruitful and enriching.
- Classes are for healthy adults who do not have any life-threatening physical or psychological ailments and wish to start their fitness and mindfulness journey.
