My journey in yoga has been centered on helping individuals achieve physical strength, mental balance, inner peace, and a healthier lifestyle through authentic and mindful yoga practices.
I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, pranayama, meditation, flexibility improvement, stress management, and therapeutic wellness practices.
