What if life wasn’t just a problem to be solved but a mystery to unfold?
Are you seeking clarity, feeling stuck, stressed, like there's something missing… would you like more energy, excitement and magic in life?

I can guide you through yoga & movement adapted to your needs - to build a strong foundation of wellbeing to follow your unique true path

From somatic Yoga to martial arts/ capoeira, natural/ primal movement, trauma release, to unique powerful meditations and tools to get to the root of our limitations as well as what we actually want (beyond the conditioned mind/ beliefs)

These practices helped me go from lost, fragmented, struggling with an ADHD mind and traumatised to empowered, clear on and creating my vision

Having had a consistent Yoga/movement practice for over 10 years I studied Hatha Vinyasa with Awakened Spirit Yoga and completed a profound 200hr Authentic Flow teacher training deepening into traditional non dual Tantra ~ essentially awakening though everything, not rejecting the material realm as some spiritual practices advocate

I completed a self initiation applying the ancestral wisdom of the Andes with Leo Diez, School of Empowerment which included rituals to help know yourself and alchemy to discover your creative power/ intuition to create what you love via Create Your Destiny and Alchemy for Success, courses with Natural Success Academy. I have since started painting again and created many synchronicities and opportunities

I am also a certified permaculture teacher (PDC, food forest and sustainable food growing) - a holistic design system to see from the whole and ourselves as part of Nature whether through building, growing food, foraging, holistic health or beyond

These are mystical and practical tools to help you transform your life into one that you love, where you can alchemise life's challenges into gold

About the lesson

Through a combination of yoga, movement, meditation and somatic practices to still the mind, ground the nervous system and know yourself more deeply. These are powerful simple tools you can integrate into your day and invite more flow and ease

Yoga can help you be more flexible, not just in body but in life. It was originally designed to help calm the mind for meditation. We can explore this (re)connection - the perceived separation of which causes so many of our mental, physical and emotional issues

If you want to go deeper, I can weave in meditation and visualisations to connect to your true Self and your vision. Finding more freedom and fulfilment in life all begins within
