About Afia
Assalam-o-Alaikum! My name is [Afia mubeen aslam], and I am a BS Statistics graduate from Punjab, Pakistan.
Who am I? I am someone who was once scared of Statistics myself. In my first semester, Probability and Distributions felt so hard. But when I finally understood the logic behind it, I fell in love with it. I realized Statistics is not about formulas, it's about stories hidden in data.
Why do I want to teach? Because I know how it feels when a teacher just writes formulas on the board and you understand nothing. I don't want any student to feel that. I started teaching my juniors in university, and when they started getting A grades after my classes, I knew this is what I want to do.
My goal is simple: To make Statistics easy, in simple Urdu + English, with real-life examples. Not just to pass your exam, but to make you actually understand why we use p-value, why regression matters, and how to do it in SPSS and R with your own hands.
I teach BS Statistics (all semesters), A-Level / FSc Statistics, and I also help M.Phil students with their thesis data analysis in SPSS and R.
