About Eden
Spending 11 years teaching yoga often feels less like an occupation and more like a daily meditation on alignment. You might find it surprising that a RYT-500 instructor prioritizes stillness over complex gymnastics. My practice in Rishikesh taught me that the most effective way to help adults and seniors is through steady, manageable instruction.
I have spent over a decade refining how to guide people through breath control and restorative movements. My background in anatomy ensures that even beginners feel safe during inversions. Clarity and calmness define my instruction style in every environment.
