About Giancarlo

Hi! My name is Giancarlo, I am a boy with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Bicocca University of Milan. During my university studies I realized that it would be fundamental for my future to add a certification to my curriculum that would prove my knowledge of the English language, especially for two reasons: 1. Having an IELTS or TOEFL certification was a mandatory requirement for attend the best master's degrees in Italy and of course also those abroad. 2. All internships at the best companies (often even the smallest ones, by now there is so much competition among candidates that any company places very high access requirements) require the candidate to receive an English language certification. So in order to have access to the best possibilities, I decided to attend courses to prepare for the Ielts certification. At the end of these courses I was not satisfied at all: • in the classroom there were always at least 10/15 people for which the teachers could not understand my specific needs and had standardized programs that did not reflect my needs. • a lot of time was wasted: when there are so many people there is always someone who is slower, someone who is in the class but does not want to do anything .. the usual things that you meet in a normal classroom . In itself it is not such a bad thing, but when you pay a lot of money and you are faced with an unsuitable program it is not good for you. • during the lessons they often did exercises that I could very well have done at home and to which the teachers did not add much added value. • The teachers focused mainly on the deepening of the English language and not on the preparation for the Ielts certification. Now I reveal a secret: PASSING THE IELTS CERTIFICATION WITH A HIGH RATING DOES NOT IMPLY THAT YOU KNOW THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE PERFECTLY. Well yes. The Ielts exam is a technical exam, not a language exam. Obviously you can not think of passing the exam if you are unable to say three words in a row in English, but understanding the structure of the exam and its types you can train and arrive on the day of the exam sure to do well . After all, I managed to pass the certification with a C1 level, but the preparation was mostly self-taught and the courses that I paid for money were useless. I have developed models and techniques that allow you to pass the exam effectively and for a year now I have been teaching them, helping other kids prepare for this certification without having to spend € 900 on unnecessary courses. Also, if after taking lessons with me the exam result turns out to be less than 6, I will refund you all the money. This is my guarantee. About the lesson

In my lessons I teach techniques and methods to go to the prepared exam and almost with the certainty of taking a good result. It is not necessary to spend money and time with me doing tasks that you can do without my help and that is why I don't have many lessons. I like to know and follow students well, which is why I don't have more than 3/4 students every month. I have frontal lessons because they allow me to focus on the needs of each student, unlike what the courses do with 10/15 students.
