As a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a strong background in mathematics, I believe that learning math should be clear, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. My teaching approach is patient, step-by-step, and student-centered. I break down difficult concepts into simple explanations and use examples, visual aids, guided practice, and problem-solving exercises to help students build confidence.
A typical lesson starts with a short review of previous concepts, followed by an introduction and explanation of the new topic. I then demonstrate solutions step by step, guide the student through practice problems, and gradually allow them to solve independently. I provide constructive feedback and adjust my teaching strategies based on the student’s pace, strengths, and areas for improvement.
What sets me apart is my patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping students understand—not simply memorize—mathematical concepts. I offer tutoring for elementary, high school, and college students in Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry.
