About Sophia
Hi! I'm Sofia, I studied electrical engineering and I am currently pursuing a second degree in pure mathematics, with the intention of becoming a college professor. I am profoundly moved by the beauty in math, by the joy of solving puzzles, by the blissful feeling of challenging and connecting with my mind, and I love to transmit this passion to my students.
I also adore the art of teaching in and of itself. It is all about human connection - learning the nuances of how someone thinks, exchanging stories and ideas, being real and present together. My work is ultimately about nourishing the human element that seems to be so lost in the digital age.
