About Olivia
Hi! My name is Olivia, and I am a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic tutor who genuinely enjoys helping others learn. I understand that every student has different strengths and learning needs, so I take the time to create lessons that are personalized, supportive, and engaging.
As a strong student with a particular interest in math and science, I have developed effective study habits and problem-solving skills that I can share with my students. I know that difficult subjects can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make learning feel more manageable while helping students build lasting confidence.

I am a dedicated and patient tutor who believes that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel confident asking questions and working through challenges. I want my students to be able to understand concepts rather than simply memorizing information.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing what the student already understands and identifying what they are struggling with. We then work through the topic together, using examples and guided practice. The student will have opportunities to solve problems independently while I provide support and explain anything that is unclear. We finish by reviewing the key concepts and identifying what the student should continue practicing.
I offer tutoring for elementary school and high school students, particularly in French, English, math and sciences. Lessons can be adapted for students who need help understanding class material, completing practice questions, preparing for tests and exams, improving their grades, or simply becoming more confident in a subject.
