I am a mathematics professional with real industry experience in analytical, data-driven roles where accuracy, problem-solving, and clear reasoning are essential. I have over five years of experience tutoring school students and helping them build strong foundations in math. My tutoring approach is to make mathematics practical, simple, and relatable. Instead of memorising formulas, I help students see how math connects to real life: percentages when shopping, fractions through sharing pizza slices, geometry in everyday objects, and probability through sports or games. When students understand why something works, confidence grows naturally.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of what the student already knows, followed by a clear explanation using step-by-step examples and visuals. We solve problems together, then move to independent practice so the student learns to think and work confidently on their own. I adapt the pace to each learner and always check understanding before ending the session.
What sets me apart is my industry experience using mathematics in real analytical work. I know how problems appear outside textbooks, and I teach students how to approach them logically and calmly. My lessons are ideal for primary, secondary, and middle school students who want stronger foundations, better homework performance, and a positive relationship with math.
