I am a graduate in Biotechnology mainly looking to teach science, preferably biology, I am well versed maths and can also teach chemistry. I can also teach basic school subjects such as history and geography depending of the curriculum and the students needs

My aim as a tutor is to help my student achieve a deep understanding of the subject and enable them to solve unfamiliar questions. I strongly believe in the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think for themselves.
My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and their ability to learn. However, my primary approach is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using examples that we can relate to in the real world wherever possible.
I also like to focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to help practice and perfect the student’s understanding and technique.
