Hi my name is Maggie. I am a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga instructor, born and raised in Tecumseh, Michigan, starting my own business. I am very passionate about health and fitness and teaching others how to heal their bodies in a fun way.

Practice yoga with me! All ages are welcome. Beginner and intermediate classes. Innovative class themes, unique sequences, and creative props make my classes memorable. Modified sequences and a supportive environment. I emphasize alignment, flow, or spirituality. My teaching style shapes the student experience.
