About Spur
Dr.Sarika Varma, Chief Consultant, Veda Vaidya Chikitsalayam & Research Institute (VVCRI) Mysuru, is a graduate of JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru, India. With an extensive clinical experience of over 12 years, she has expertise in managing various Metabolic and Lifestyle disorders and has a special interest in managing Developmental and Behaviour disorders in children. She is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Dr. Sarika Varma (Vedi routes) is committed to building a healthy next generation, as part of this initiative Dr. Varma is hosting 2-days of fun interactive session for kids (6-16) focusing on healthy living habits (focused on Ayurveda) and training them on some important yoga movements.
