About Cynthia
Hello
I'm a data analytics engineer at a telematics start-up and a part-time graduate student.
At work, I've had the pleasure of mentoring interns, building ETL pipelines that move and transform petabytes of driving data, creating predictive models, and building infrastructure for various teams.
At school, I'm pursuing a master's in Applied Mathematics. My undergrad was in Applied Mathematics, and I stuck with it! I have experience with probability theory, statistics, probabilistic graphical models, calculus, graph theory, writing proofs, etc.
My background in math and analytics would make me a great tutor .

My lessons are geared towards college students, but entry-level workers can book a session with me to go over code or help with programming/creating scripts.
I prefer to have Zoom calls, and I often use a whiteboard when presenting new topics or going over previous topics.
When first meeting a new client, I gauge the student's understanding of the problem and then work with the student to solve the issue.
We can create study plans, review notes, have mock quizzes, present projects, etc.
