About Sundrine
I have been practicing partner dancing for 30 years, as well as contemporary dance and contact improvisation. I teach Soulzouk, a modern form of Brazilian Zouk, and I am also a MAC-certified Rio-style instructor. In Yoga, in the spring of 2021 I completed my first certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher training. I have since completed a 200-hour and a 300h Yoga teacher training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) in India. I have also trained Yoga teacher in Kashish Yoga in Goa in 2025.

Whether you dance partner or solo, or you'd like to try a yoga-based activity specifically designed for dance and incorporating other elements, come and try this workshop! The goal is to develop your physical and psychological capabilities for dance practice (solo or partner). This class will allow you to improve various aspects beneficial to your dancing: self-confidence, body awareness, proprioception, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength and tone, mobility, as well as mental focus and creativity. It utilizes a variety of tools such as yoga, meditation, contemporary dance, Soulzouk, improvisation techniques, and other playful approaches. The class lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.
