About Tammy

I have been teaching music for over 17 years. I have an undergraduate degree in music education and a graduate degree in education. I currently teach public school elementary music and lessons on the side, specifically, trombone and voice lessons. I am currently working on my masters degree in math and I am interested in voice, trombone and math lessons.

About the lesson

I teach individual voice and trombone lessons based upon the needs of the student. I teach beginning to late intermediate voice and trombone lessons. Every lesson is structured with a warm-up, middle work period and a closing fun song. Each lesson is geared to the specific students' needs and level. I also tutor math, k-12th grade.

Tammy is wonderful with our daughter. I know Tammy as our kids go to school together. She is a wonderful mom and very patient. She can help our daughter complete assignments in the 1.5 hrs they have together, whereas it would take a few hours if we try to assist. She has been a godsend by helping our kiddo get back on track with her assignments and time management.
