There is a 24 cancellation policy. If cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are given a refund or no charge will be applied. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit half of your appointment cost out of respect for other clients. I do understand emergencies, the first cancellation within 24 hours will be disregarded.
