About Shivnarain
I am a Mechanical Engineer with over five years of industrial experience. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Aerospace Materials at Cranfield University, where I have been awarded the prestigious Gold MME Scholarship. Throughout my career, I have experienced significant growth, particularly in innovation and product development. At Channeline International, I played a key role in developing a vinyl ester-based adhesive, a micro composite pipe, and a high-grade abrasion-resistant pipe. My current research activities involve in the study of advanced materials particularly inclining towards FRP, GRP and sandwich pipes. I have a strong passion for composites and am focused on exploring their potential for diverse applications. My goal is to work alongside the next generation of engineers and technicians to develop sustainable products with minimal carbon footprints. I love to teach because it allows me to share knowledge in a way that empowers others. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about watching someone grasp a concept for the first time or gain confidence in their abilities. Teaching isn’t just about giving information it’s about building connections, sparking curiosity, and helping people grow. Every lesson is a chance to make a difference, even in a small way, and that keeps me inspired every day.
