About Hazel
Hello! My name is Hazel. I'm a tutor passionate about instilling confidence within my students by helping them discover their unique set of natural strengths. I grew up in a family of teachers and am thankful they passed along their love of learning to me. I've experienced firsthand the way a good teacher can positively impact a student's life, and I aim to inspire my students the way I was inspired as a young girl. Outside of teaching, I love to act, bake yummy treats for my family, and read lots of books!

I mold my lessons around the unique needs of each individual student, believing that positivity and encouragement are the best foundations for success in education. Six years of one on one teaching experience has allowed me to fine tune my skills in facilitation and communication. Tutoring typically takes place in a one hour session for students aged seven to fourteen.
