I've completed the TESOL and TEFYL course and use this approach in my lessons. I can teach any age group. I use topics that are relevant to the student, teach a little vocabulary, little grammar and mostly get the student to talk, as the only way to improve in a language is to use it under the guidance of someone who can help with the pronunciation and explain the grammar rules where needed. I work with the student at their pace. My students find me friendly, easy to talk to, helpful and encouraging.
