About Sophia
I am a student pursuing masters in social work. I have recently finished my internship working with differently abled students, virtually teaching them English (age 9 to 25) and have also developed the content for a project for English development.

My teaching method depends on the specific student and their understanding level. I teach the fundamentals first then proceed to bigger chunks of conversation and writing practice. I try to inculcate confidence in the students along with the knowledge of language.
I use grammer translation method combined with the structural approach. I base all these methods on students' belief and response to the effectiveness thus making them more responsible for their learning.
