About Mshafay

I am a Computer Science graduate and currently pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Alberta. I have experience teaching and supporting students in academic subjects, and I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts in a simple and approachable way. I am patient, friendly, and committed to helping every student reach their potential. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations to their needs and pace. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in mathematics, improve their problem-solving skills, and feel confident tackling exams and challenging questions. I believe learning should be a positive experience, and I strive to make every lesson engaging, supportive, and productive.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on making mathematics simple, clear, and enjoyable for students. I believe students learn best when they understand the logic behind a concept rather than simply memorizing formulas. I adapt my teaching style to each student's learning pace and needs, explaining difficult topics step by step with clear examples and practical exercises.

A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by an explanation of the new topic, worked examples, and practice questions. I encourage students to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and develop confidence in solving problems independently. I can also help students prepare for exams, strengthen their fundamentals, complete practice exercises, and improve their overall mathematical reasoning. My goal is to create a friendly, supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable learning and making progress.
