Lessons are about understanding the technique of learning aka Pedagogy. A typical lesson consists of assessment of lesson, so once you learn you never forget how to solve it on your own. What sets me apart as a teacher is the explanation part, as Einstein once said "if you can't explain something to a five-year-old you have not understood it well enough". The lessons are for middle school to university level.
