About Zion
I am an experienced ESL tutor with 11 years of teaching high school and college students. I have a deep passion for education and enjoy helping students improve their English skills in a simple and effective way. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, which has helped me develop strong teaching skills and adaptability.
I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while also improving speaking, writing, and comprehension skills. One of my proud achievements is seeing students become confident speakers and effective communicators.
Many of my students have improved their exam results and are now able to use English comfortably in real-life situations. My teaching approach is simple, clear, and interactive. I use practical examples, regular practice, and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable.
I believe that learning should be a positive experience, and I always support my students in their journey. My aim is to help students grow, succeed, and feel confident in their abilities.

I follow a practical ESL teaching approach that emphasizes real-life application, interaction, and problem-solving. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students see how English works in daily conversations, professional situations, and academic contexts.
Motivation is a key part of my teaching, and I foster a positive, encouraging environment where students feel confident to participate and practice. Problem-solving exercises like role-plays, discussions, and scenario activities help students develop fluency, accuracy, and critical thinking.
I maintain integrity by giving honest feedback and clear guidance to support student growth. Flexibility is central, as I adapt lessons to each student’s level, pace, and learning goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure well-rounded language development.
