About Aspen
As a graduate of the Veterans Yoga Project with a 200-hour
Yoga Alliance certification, Aspen's mission is to help people from all walks of life by creating moments of gratitude, peace, and mindfulness. A retired Air Force veteran, wife, and mom, she discovered yoga in 2008 and found it to be transformative, alleviating stress and chronic pain while improving her
overall well-being.
