About Kael
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 8 years of experience teaching High School and College students, and I have successfully helped around 150–200 learners improve their English skills. My teaching philosophy is based on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to learn and grow.
I believe that every student has unique learning needs, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit their level, pace, and goals. I use a combination of clear explanations, real-life examples, and interactive activities to make lessons easy to understand and practical. I focus on building strong communication skills, especially speaking and writing, while also improving grammar and vocabulary.
One of my proud achievements is seeing students who once struggled become confident in using English in both academic and everyday situations. I am committed to guiding my students with patience and helping them achieve long-term success.

My ESL teaching methodology is built on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to create a learning experience that is both engaging and effective. I use creative techniques such as storytelling, real-life examples, role-play, and discussions to help students practise English confidently.
I focus on developing critical thinking skills by encouraging students to analyse ideas and express their thoughts clearly. This helps them improve both language and confidence.
As a mentor, I guide students with patience and understanding. I adapt my teaching approach based on their learning needs and create a supportive environment.
I also emphasise accountability by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback. I encourage students to stay consistent in their learning.
Along with ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall growth. My goal is to help students become confident, fluent, and independent learners.
