I completed a rigorous training, and have experience teaching a wide array of experience. Many of my teachings have been taught via a video platform, while I also have experience teaching in person. It is my hope for all students to discover their yoga, and how that can ignite their inner fire.

I strive to facilitate a peaceful atmosphere for practice with attention to the individualized needs of the practitioner.
Flexibility and willingness to work with practitioner's desired schedule
Expertise in crafting a unique, fun flow in a variety of styles such as vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative.
All flows taught incorporate the eight limbs of yoga, cultivating a wholesome experience that encompasses more than just asana and pranayama alone.
I completed my 200 HYTT through a rigorous program through Asheville Yoga Center.
I balance encouraging gentleness with one's body, while meeting themselves to where they can access their edge, building upon optimal flexibility, strength, and confidence to develop a consistent yoga practice that works for them.
My lessons are geared to encourage self confidence, and a wholesome positive lifestyle.
Offering sliding scale to allow all to discover the power of yoga and grace that lies deep within them.
