About Antonia
My love for yoga started over a decade ago and it has been a constant ally and support ever since, through 2 international moves and various life changes.
For me, the practices of yoga supports me form a deeper connection to myself, my life and the world around me.
I'm from the UK and settling here in Melbourne for now. I love to cook, especially Mediterranean food from my Spanish heritage.
I try to connect with nature as much as possible, by hiking, running and gardening.
With a background in therapeutic support, I am passionate about sharing tools that might help people heal from past challenges or help manage current difficulties.

I believe that each person's yoga experience is unique, and I aim to create a space where everyone feels supported and empowered to dive deeper into the beautiful and mysterious practices of yoga. Together we will create meaningful goals so that you feel nurtured but also challenged.
I facilitate vinyasa flow, slow flow, hatha, and yin. With more focus on somatic movement or alignment. I also facilitate pranayama practices (breath work), and meditation.
I have completed a 200hr teacher training at a Yoga Alliance affiliated studio here in Melbourne.
All are welcome to my classes, any age, gender, ability, body, cultural background or belief. Please reach out if you think we would be a good fit.
