About Elsa
I am a mandala artist, I have been giving mandala lessons for almost a year now. I have had amazing experience spreading the benefits of drawing mandalas. Mandala is an ancient, intuitive, free-flowing artform that is also used as a grounding technique, to calm anxiety - it is a healing artform. I've had students tell me how they started sleeping well when they started drawing or how their anxiety have reduced. I have personally experienced this myself and if you are someone who worries a lot/ overthinks/ anxious, I would greatly recommend drawing mandalas.

I love teaching one-on-one. I believe that art is universal and that anyone can make art. Creativity is an instinct that we all have, all of us will doodle if we are stuck in a room with just a pen and a paper :) I connect with the student and give them tools to create mandalas - from simple mandalas to complicated 3D mandalas. I will email printables and downloadables and other practice materials after every class.
