I have been tutoring online maths for over 18 months now, and being a college student and closer to the age of the students I teach, I tend to form a deep connection with students and have a relationship that is more than just a tutoring class but more of a deep connection which forms respect and love between me and the student I teach.

My lessons are more of a connection with the student and their interests and linking the students interests to the classes, by adding problems to solve related to their interests for example which gives them the emotional connection not just with me or with the session but with the subject itself.
