About Alejandra
I was born in Uruguay and lived there most of my life. It was there where I started walking down the path of personal and spiritual growth. I then moved to Barcelona and lived there for five years and during that time I received formal training at a School of Corporal Dramatic Expression. This led me to love the expression of the body and in turn opened the doors of spiritual training. I also started to practice kundalini yoga as one of the subjects, which resonated with me. I moved to London in Nov 2007 and I received my BA (Hons) in Content Development and Production at Ravensbourne University 2013 and gained certifications to teach Kundalini, Yin, Pregnancy, Post-natal and Recovery addiction yoga in London. I moved temporarily to Spain to do a one year MA course in Theater studies at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona 2019- 2020. I gained a certification to teach Hatha flow yoga.

In my classes I not only give importance to asanas (physical exercises) but I also focus on teaching pranayama (breathing exercises) and give place to meditation (using mudas) at the end of each class. * I design original Yin and Hatha flow yoga sequences * I guide students to modify postures to avoid injury or to improve their practice * I teach Kundalini yoga sets, guided meditations and teach stress relief with pranayamas. * I work with clients individually in their homes and with small groups in offices providing stretching techniques, breathing exercises and guided meditation at the end of each class.
