About Romaric
I hold a bachelor's degree in chemistry with a minor biology. I took algebra in high school and received an award as math student of the year and later went to BSU to take pre-calculus all the way to calculus 3.
I am currently a chemistry lab instructor at Boise State University and a great knowldge in math is necessary for a decent understanding of calculations that involve chemical processes.

My method of teaching involves determining what type of leaner I am dealing with (i.e visual, technical leaner etc...). Then I adapt my teaching methodology to the specific learner. I start with a slow pace material and then assess the learner's level of understanding and then further adjust my pace accordingly. Eventually I develop a study plan that is best suitable to the individual at hand. I have developed this method after tutoring chemistry for a few years, which is conceptually one of the toughest material to grasp. Learning how to make abstract concept easy to understand using real life example is one of my strengths. I have read a few books to understand what makes people learn material quickly.
