About Purvaansh
I starting tutoring locally in high school in Thailand and fell in love with it. I was able to start riveting discussions with peers and gain deeper insights about the knowledge I was imparting.
I continued tutoring students from high school one I had left for college, but I was always afraid to start in the US. It all changed after my first two students here, who are now studying as freshmen at UC Berkeley themselves!

Build a strong fundamental basis to tackle complex problems and challenging concepts with ease! Enjoy what you learning and apply it to your life everyday.
My focus as a tutor is to engage students and challenge them to think about their coursework interconnectedly -- I want everyone to see the links between the STEM subjects and build a strong, scientific, critical-thinking core. This is why I enjoy teaching Grades 7-10 the most, as the new mathematical concepts introduced in these years are very important for higher education.
