About Aarya
Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching my mother, an artist herself, bring blank pages to life and that's what first drew me to pick up a pencil. Over time, that fascination grew into a real passion, and I taught myself drawing, sketching, and charcoal art along the way.
I'm self-taught, which means I understand what it's like to get stuck on a technique and slowly work through it — and that experience helps me guide students through the same process without it feeling overwhelming.
As a teacher, I'm warm and encouraging. I want art to feel approachable, not intimidating, especially for beginners. My goal is simple: create a relaxed space where you can experiment, make mistakes, and grow at your own pace while building real skills in drawing, sketching, and charcoal art.

As a self-taught professional artist specializing in charcoal art, I offer flexible drawing and sketching lessons designed around what you want to learn. Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or already have some experience and want to sharpen your skills, my classes adapt to your interests and pace there's no rigid curriculum forcing everyone through the same steps.
These sessions are conducted online, making it easy to learn from wherever you are. We can focus purely on charcoal techniques, branch out into general drawing and sketching, or mix both depending on what excites you most. My goal is to make art feel approachable and enjoyable, not intimidating, while still helping you build real, lasting skills.
Whether you're a complete beginner curious about charcoal art or someone looking to refine your technique, I'll tailor each lesson to where you are and where you want to go.
