About Dhanashri
Hi, I’m Dhanashri Manish Patil, a certified yoga trainer with a Diploma in Yoga and an M.A. in Yogshastra. My journey in yoga spans years of practice and dedication, marked by my participation in various national and international yoga competitions. I bring my experience as a physical education and yoga teacher at D.I.C.'s English Medium School, along with my role as a yoga trainer at Mind and Body Yoga Institute, Pune.
As a National Yogasana Judge, I blend expertise with a deep understanding of yoga’s traditional and therapeutic aspects. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner, my sessions are tailored to meet individual needs—be it for flexibility, strength, relaxation, or mental well-being.
I offer both on-site classes in Pune and virtual classes, allowing you to join from anywhere. Join me for a personalized and transformative yoga experience!
